Well, there is a way of doing it now. All you have to do is download Orb and install it on your PC. And for your kind information, Orb is free!!!
How Orb works
After you have installed Orb on your “always-on” PC, you can remotely access your photos, audio and video files from your PDA, mobile phone or another computer. Orb allows you to beam live TV on your mobile phone (So get yourself a TV tuner and a set-top box).
To start Orb service, click on start Orb from your “windows tray”
After you have entered your login and password, you can access your files from http://mycast.orb.com.

Want to change your Xp Logon Wallpaper and add more beautiful one…
Here we go:
1. Type “regedit” in the run dialog box and press enter.
2. Navigate to HKEY USERS\ .DEFAULT\Control Panel\Desktop
3. Double click the wallpaper value, and type in the full path of your image and filename.
4. Set “wallpaperstyle” to 2
This will stretch the wallpaper to fit in the screen
5. Close regedit and log off
