The image is not so neat but at least you have an idea of my personal entertainment network at my place.
So,
What do you think is missing? A projector maybe…? or Better an HDTV!!!!
Anyway, the interesting thing about this network is the 15m AV cable that i made myself. Apart from distributing Canal + signal from my room to the ground floor, it does another superb thing. Whenever i press play on windows media player or VLC player( on my PC of course), i can choose to have the image on my 29″ TV on the ground floor. Great isn’t it!!!
By the end of this year, i intend to make my room a multimedia room. Credit goes to my father, who had the great idea to make my room large enough( length: 12 m, width: 6 m).
Cheers
Well, i have made it a habit to check e-bay.com everyday. You never when you will come across something fabulous yet cheap!!!
That’s true.
Alex Tew made this a reality when he was only 21 years old!!! The objective of the website was to raise money for his university education.
The home page contained 1000 x 1000 pixels. Each pixel’s price was US $1. The buyer can display an image ad on the pixels bought.
Roughly, the objective was:
1 million pixels == $1 million dollar!!!!
The objective seems to be more than accomplished, since the gross income was :
Alexa Rank : 127 (peak)
Google PR: 6
In 2006 he launched pixeloto.
